Ho’oponopono

March 10th, 2009

A couple of years ago I took a series of teleconference prosperity classes with AMY SCOTT GRANT  and Karrie King.  I learned a lot of good things.

Near the end of the classes, they introduced Ho’oponopono.  Wrap your tongue around that.  Pronounced Ho o po no po no.   Long o’s.

It is the Hawaiian system for wealth, health, peace and more.

In his book, Joe Vitale, author of the book Zero Limits tells how he learned about Ho’oponopono and the power of it.  I recommend it.

You can do a Google search and learn a lot more if that is your desire.

Basically, Ho’oponopono is a chant or repetition you say to yourself as often as you think about it.  It can be repeated over and over in your mind as you drift off to sleep or upon awakening in the morning.  Or anytime you feel a need for it.  Silently or verbally.

These are the words:     I love you

                                    I’m sorry

                                    Please forgive me

                                    Thank you

Space does not permit me to tell you of all the positive experiences I’ve had by using this simple system.

Even if you do not understand it, it works.  Try it.  See what you discover.  Repeat when you are stressed, having a difficult conversation, or difficulties in any area of your life.
