Lack vs. The Law of Abundance

What are we attracting with all that is going on in our country right now?  Are you feeling it?  It seems that all of a sudden everyone is lacking. 

With all the negetive vibes going out into the universe, is it any wonder so many are depressed and the country looks and feels like it is heading into a depression?   What happened and what can we do about it?

I don’t know what happened, but I do have some suggestions on how each person can pull out of it, and if enough people began adopting  abundance practices, maybe, just maybe, we could lift the doom and gloom that is starting to smoother us.

Start an Abundance Journal.  Record everything you receive that you were not expecting.  An example would be someone paying for your lunch, a rebate check or even the penny you find on the ground.

Keep track of everything.  You will soon start feeling there is abundance all around and your level of believing and deserving will increase.

Another exercise to create belief and bring more into your life, is to print checks and deposit slips on your word processor. Make three of each per page. 

You will want several pages of checks and several of deposit slips. Put them into a 3-ring binder.  Now the fun begins.

For thirty days, or more if you wish, practice receiving and spending.  The first day you receive $1000 and you spend $1000.

Each day the amount you deposit and spend increases by a $1000.  On day two, receive and spend $2000, third day–$3000, then $4000, $5000 and so forth.

You have to spend all the money deposited that day.  You can spend it anyway you like.  Make it as real as possible…You do know this is pretend, don’t you?

Pay your utilities, your house payment, your credit card or whatever.  Spend it all every day.  If you skip a day, just pick up where you left off.

Have fun with this.  Get creative.  You soon will find it hard to spend all the money.  You will start looking for causes you can support, people you can help.  After all, there are only so many toys a person can have. (You think?)

Practicing these two things should help raise the level of your vibrations so another law…the Law of Attraction…kicks in. 

It is true, what you think about, you bring about.  Why not bring about abundance instead of lack?
